seeks a

Travel Quality Assurance Analyst (Quality Assurance, Analyst)

to support a Federal Government client at one of our Washington, DC Metropolitan area locations. This role will be responsible for gathering and documenting travel business processes for an E-Government Travel System, performing analysis on financial and compensation systems, requirements gathering, authoring requirements documents, performing quality assurance testing, and analyzing and reporting the information necessary to support software releases through the project lifecycle.This position currently requires a hybrid schedule, with 2-3 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze complex problems, develop and document alternate solutionsPerform and document results of "what-if" analysisPerform business and system requirements elicitation and analysis via user groups, interviews, regulatory research, etc.Draft requirements documentsDraft design documentsDraft proposals to resolve systems and business process issuesDevelop test plans, executing manual and automated test scripts and documenting resultsWork with clients to review test plans to verify adequate coverage of business processes and to ensure the business requirements are satisfied by the systemProvide subject matter expertise on software functionality and business processesProvide product management deliverables to aid the project manager and team in establishing shared expectations for a successful projectPerform routine monitoring activities and report on the status of the project across all lifecycle phases and at significant milestones

TravelUp to 25%Required Qualifications3 years' experience with the software development lifecycle (analysis/design, development, testing, implementation, support) or prior experience with project managementExpertise with E-Government Travel Systems and the ability to align travel systems to meet client business needsExpertise researching and applying Federal Travel RegulationsExpertise with MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor

Desired QualificationsExperience with E-Government Travel SystemsExperience with CGI Momentum applicationsExperience with requirements elicitation and analysisExperience in software testingKnowledge of robotic process automation applications (UI Path, UFT)

For this position, the projected compensation range is $55,702 - $83,552 per year.
