This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. (Differentials included depending on shift)Responsibilities
Utilize CCTV system to monitor exterior doors, building parameters, and sensitive building areas
Utilize access control system to monitor badge activities, verify access, and remotely unlock/lock access pointsMonitor and respond to alarms, alerts, notifications, and other security eventsDispatch officers to alarm, disturbance, and escort requestsEnter incident data into case management systemEnsure that all security systems, equipment, and devices are working properlyReport all safety and security related incidents to security supervisorComplete all assigned safety and training programsMay be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assignedQualifications
High School Diploma and 0-2 years of experience in a security related functionCurrent and legal Driver's LicenseFrequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and laddersDemonstrated ability to follow procedures directed by work orders, peers and/or supervisorWorking knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, Internet based systems and electronic work order systemsDemonstrated ability to adequately communicate (written and oral) with employees and external parties, as necessaryKnowledge of the work hazards and applicable safety precautions associated with the area of work assignment
