As a NDE Ultrasonic Tech you will:

Primary Responsibilities

• The NDE Ultrasonic Tech is part of a team that provides Ultrasonic inspections to the steel fabrications assembly group.• Performs receiving, in-stream process, and outgoing quality audits to validate cast and fabricated structures per weld engineering and manufacturing specifications.• Responsible for tracking and entering inspection results in electronic databases.• Magnetic particle (wet/dry), liquid penetrant, visual weld inspection and other non-destructive inspection methods are occasionally required.• The technician would be based in the production factory building.• Previous ultrasonic experience is required.

This is a Full Time, Contract opportunity.

Shift: 2nd ShiftDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: Decatur, IL 62526Pay Rate: $31- $35 per hour.
