Responsibilities Work effectively with the diverse community of researchers and management to capture business need, workflow, and valueParticipate in global outreach, collaboration initiatives, and projects supporting a diverse and dynamic research community at companyParticipate in documenting business process workflow, create diagrams to support and communicateSupport global stakeholder management processes including communicationEngage with the business owners, users and service providers of existing solutions to aid in assessment and planning for lifecycle, improvement, expansion, or transition processesProvide input and data in support of planning, prioritization and budget process for IT projectsSupport communication of strategies, ideas, and goals to senior managementParticipate in the coordination and creation of product/service documentation and trainingParticipation in the creation of foundational service design documentationSpecial projects as required

Requirements 2-3 years of Business Analysis experienceBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience working in the scientific environment, especially one that is related to drug development is preferredPractical experience understanding, collecting, and documenting requirements and use cases.Proven success enabling customer success through thoughtful analysis and communicationStrong organization and attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor and consultantStrong analytical thinking and problem solvingPerform well in a fast-changing environment
