Job Description:

The Client is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the team.This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design engineering team during the development phases of an emerging program.The individual will be responsible for developing new analog designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware.The individual should be familiar with Mixed Signal electronics design, switching power supply design, ordnance initiation and high density PWAs.The individual should be familiar with using OrCAD Capture, PSPICE or LTSpice and other simulation products.Our Design Engineering team is focused on developing and improving new product designs to support advanced emerging programs for military customers.

Designing and developing mixed signal electronic designsDeveloping schematics in standard design toolsAnalyzing circuit designsWorking in a collaborative and cross-functional discipline environment

Qualifications:

3-5 years of relevant experience in Mixed Signal electronics designBachelor of SciencePower Supply design experienceExperience with designing High density printed circuit boards.Knowledgeable with Allegro CIS Schematic Capture and PSPICEPerformed simulation & analysis of various circuits under worst case situations (i.e. Worst-Case Circuit Analysis)Familiarity with parts derating guidelines and usesCapable of basic modification of component models.Capable of developing simulations with LTSPICEFamiliarity with various lab instrumentation, testing, and debuggingFamiliarity supporting PCB and PWA layoutFamiliarity with digital design and standard data buses
