Role Title: Business Execution Consultant (Audit and Controls)

Location: ISELIN, NJ ***On-Site

Duration: 12+ MonthsRole Type: W2 Contract Engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult on Large-Scale Initiatives: Involvement in initiatives with broad impact, focusing on execution challenges requiring multi-factor analysis and problem-solving.• Audit and Controls: Work with audit processes, internal controls, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.• Cloud-Related Technologies and Transformation: Experience with cloud-based solutions, cloud migration, and cloud security.• Process and Risk Management: Strong focus on process optimization, control implementation, and risk management to secure and streamline business functions.Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or related fields.• 6+ years in Audit and Internal Controls and Process and Controls to understand and apply regulatory frameworks.• 4-6 years of experience with Cloud-Based Technologies, Migration, Security, and Transformation, understanding the nuances of secure cloud adoption.• Proficiency in Security Tools & Technologies and Security & Risk Management to handle compliance and secure data management.• Interpersonal Communication Skills (written, verbal, and strong interpersonal skills) for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.Ideal Candidate Profile:

This role is suited for a strategic problem-solver with experience in cloud technologies, business execution, audit and controls, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex challenges in a dynamic cloud-based environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
