Salary: $80k-$120k (DOE)

The Accounting Manager will manage a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies and external audits. This person will manage the accounting department, monthly closing of accounts and preparation of reports in support of the financial statements.
The ideal candidate possesses leadership capabilities, strong communication skills, solid operational and technical accounting background and works proactively to drive results. This person is a self-starter, flexible, detailed-oriented, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment. The candidate should have the expertise in financial statements preparation and review of a multi-entities
Successful Candidates:
Bilingual: English/Chinese (Mandarin)Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.Preferably a CPAAt least 5 years’ experience in accountingAbility to supervise accounting staff including prior supervision of at least 3 direct reports.The ability to research, understand and apply government accounting regulations.Analytical thinker with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.Strong time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.Communicate effectively in writing, orally, and with others to assimilate, understand, and convey information, in a manner consistent with job functions.Ability to collaborate and work well with others.Strong research and problem-solving skills.Excellent Microsoft Office skills.Enthusiastic attitude, honest and with great integrity and credibility.A team player
