IT Project ManagerThe Opportunity:As the Navy IT Project Manager, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many initiatives require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced IT Project Manager who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. You will collaborate and provide direction to various Task and Workstream leads to oversee the execution of complex programs. From the initial concept to final implementation, you’ll be the driving force behind successful project delivery. You'll ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. You'll navigate ambiguity and extract specific requirements even from high-level information. You'll lead and manage various Task Leads and Workstreams ranging from traditional Personal Support Services, IT Service Management, Cybersecurity Engineering, and Data Analytics that support Senior Navy Clients. You'll identify and engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, team members, and external partners. You'll support senior executives and Flag Officers by creating impactful presentations, written reports, and other communication materials. You'll proactively identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies. The world can’t wait. You Have: 10+ years of experience with managing Navy IT Services, IT Operations and Maintenance, Cybersecurity compliance, and Software Development8+ years of experience with leading Team of Teams or Scrum of Scrums to achieve one client mission5+ years of experience with developing executive leadership communications materials and content in support of key strategic initiatives and promoting executive priorities throughout the organizationExperience with using Microsoft 365 and PowerBI to develop briefs and key deliverablesSecret clearanceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information SystemsPMP and Agile CertificationsNice If You Have: 15+ years of experience with leading Navy IT or Cybersecurity initiativesExperience with DevSecOps and Cloud ComputingExperience as a Navy veteranMaster’s degreeSecurity+ CertificationITIL CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
