We're looking for a dedicated Community Recovery Systems Specialist to lead and support Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) Councils, fostering a recovery-focused environment. We provide fully integrated care for all our patients by combining behavioral health care services with our community-based primary care health centers. Responsibilities Support and guide ROSC Councils on recovery topics and best practices. Provide training and support for working with individuals with lived expertise. Collaborate with community stakeholders to address the needs of ROSC Councils. Lead stigma reduction initiatives and participate in advocacy groups. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of activities, grants, and contracts.Qualifications A bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience OR a master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, public health, or education. Expertise in recovery pathways is essential. Ability to guide and mentor others in recovery practices and collaborate effectively within the community. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, virtual communication platforms, and online reporting systems. A valid driver’s license, private insurance, and the ability to travel within the service area.
