Weekend Precision Assembler

Role Summary:

The Weekend Precision Assembler is responsible for assembling a variety of equipment, performing tests, and ensuring all components meet specifications. This role also involves disassembly, cleaning, inspecting, and reassembly during the repair process. The position requires attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot assembly issues, and operate precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities:

• Complete assemblies according to drawings, instructions, and work orders, performing testing when required
• Operate precision measuring tools and troubleshoot assembly issues
• Ensure all parts and components are clean prior to assembly
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal safety equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of automation control and electrical components
• Experience as a mechanic for rotating machines or mechanical devices
