Collaborate with employees and contractors to ensure the achievement of business goals and objectives. Foster an environment that promotes high productivity and implements processes to apply suitable criteria during monitoring for consistency. Assist in the training and development of employees through classroom and online training, guided by patterns and themes identified through Quality Analysis.This role may require extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.Primary DutiesPRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESSupport the execution of quality assurance programs, plans, procedures, and guidelines. Collaborate with employees and contractors to ensure the achievement of business goals and objectives. Foster an environment that promotes high productivity and implement processes to apply suitable criteria during monitoring for consistency. This role may require extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.Assist in the training and development of employees through classroom and online training, guided by patterns and themes identified through Quality Analysis.Participate in the development and implementation of Asset Records Management Quality Controls and Training. Align with business initiatives for internal and external stakeholders and contribute to strategic initiatives to ensure high levels of customer service, supporting BGE reliability and customer satisfaction goals.Support the effectiveness of quality assurance programs by completing observations and audits, identifying trends and issues, and contributing to strategic training and qualification plans.Assist the QA/QC team by maintaining a productive work environment and collaborating on business initiatives.
