The Federal Cybersecurity team is responsible for supporting security compliance and services for US Federal Government customers worldwide. Information Protection Specialists assist customers, development organizations and third party vendors with meeting demanding and ever evolving security requirements to insure Motorola products and systems are available in the moments that matter.Job Description

Tactfully and courteously interface with customers in order to build strong relationshipsCoordinate activities to ensure compliance to all contractual requirementsVulnerability assessment and compliance auditing including running scans and performing manual auditsRemediation and mitigation planning and implementationApplying security updates including patching, custom GPO's and creating/running scriptsPrepare documentation and artifacts for customers as requiredSupport all aspects of cyber security compliance under Risk Management FrameworkInterface with teams that provide system integration and technical supportDevelop and maintain procedures, tools and other solutions to support efficiency and quality work productsAbility and willingness to travel as required.

Additional RequirementsMust have one of the following certifications: CISSP, CASP, CAP, GSLC or CISMMust be a U.S. citizen with an Active Secret Security Clearance.Familiarity with vulnerability scanning toolsExperience with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs)Experience with FISMA, NIST, RMFUnderstanding of Active Directory and Group PoliciesKnowledge of Windows and UNIX platformsSolid understanding of network security conceptsKnowledge of firewalls and router access control listsScripting experience a plusStrong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrentlyCustomer focused with strong attention to detailRF experience and/or knowledge is a plusAbility to analyze and document events in a clear and concise mannerSelf starter who demonstrates initiative and is willing to assume responsibilityAdaptive, flexible, and resourceful individual that is results orientatedHBSS experience a plus

Candidate Requirements:Must be comfortable with a minimum of 50% travelLegal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contracts.Must be a U.S. citizen with an Active Secret Security Clearance.

This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers.#LI-CC1Basic Requirements
