JOB DESCRIPTION: The Cambro Product Specialist will assist the product manager with the development, execution and optimization of new product launches and existing product management. This position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in product management and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative team environment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Assist product manager(s) with product related tasks to complete the end-to-end new product development process for assigned product lines:

New product launches, product relaunches and product sales campaigns.

Sample product requirements and sales sample kits.

Creating product education and training materials.

Developing product assembly and installation/user manuals and videos.

Packaging for new products, line extensions and product packaging improvements.

End user testing and product placement for new product content. Ensure field test reports are completed and shared as required as part of NPD.

Market research to share back product insights on customer needs, challenges, market trends and competitive landscape.

Updating and maintaining product specs/technical content on internal and external sales/customer support resources and tools.

Defining and analyzing metrics to measure success and health of new product launches.

Monitoring established benchmarks for existing product to help identify potential marketing gaps/product improvements/line extension opportunities.

Managing marketing requirements for the internal engineering change process (ECN).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product managers with new product development projects and product changes/updates including engineering, cost accounting, marketing, manufacturing, sales, and customer support, to ensure all product objectives are met.

Must possess a full understanding of Cambro products, including proper usage and application.

Maintain reliable and consistent attendance, including being punctual, and dependable in order to meet the needs of the department and the organization.

Execute each essential duty satisfactorily in order to perform job successfully.

Follows all safety procedures required in work area, wears PPE as needed, attends all safety meetings, and reports safety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions.

Performs effectively as a team member, able to work well with others, open to receive and give feedback, and treats everyone with respect.

Takes ownership of own work and behavior, accepts accountability for own actions, encourages solutions, and communicates status of work/projects.

Follow all department quality standards/criteria. Raise concerns and issues to immediate manager.

Travels as required.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Must be able to work overtime as needed, remain flexible and open to possible schedule changes in order to meet business needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Proven project management and organizational skills; must be able to take ownership of a project and manage through obstacles.

Highly organized with the ability to manage heavy workloads and multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Analytical and data driven skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal with emphasis on technical writing.

Proven computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI)

Must possess the ability to accept constructive feedback.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience utilizing AS400 System a plus.

BA or BS with emphasis in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred.
