Responsibilities:
Keep the parts department neat and orderly
Process all inventory transactions pertaining to the parts department, coordinate activities of warehouse, verify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments
Confirm Inbound / Outbound shipment documentation and accuracy
Assist with inventory re-stock process
Transportation of materials
Maintain logs for product returns
Any other duties that management or the employee feels can be productive within the job description guidelines
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Must be able to represent the dealership in a professional manner
Team Oriented
Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record with no suspensions or major violations
Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
