You will serve as an overlay resource within an assigned territory, driving awareness, training, pipeline development and sales in both a sell-to and sell-through model.Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:Primary territory liaison responsible for driving objectively measured incremental growth of ePlus Solution Telecom & ColoWork with field sales organization to assist with training and skill development for selling of Solution Provider Portfolio (UCaaS, CCaaS, Connectivity, Colo, and other XaaS solutions)Lead efforts for Telecom and Colo demand generation campaigns working with field sales organizationCollaborate with existing ePlus field sales and services leadershipAnalyze and prioritize selling activity within existing accounts that will drive efficient sales growth of Telecom and ColoDevelop joint marketing plans to recommend tactics and assist the field with regularly scheduled demand generation activities within your territory and associated focus partnersManage ongoing training and development of supported sales and engineering staff, relative to Telecom and ColoProvide accurate forecasting of Telecom & Colo sales, for assigned regionsMeet or exceed financial targets for Telecom and Colo salesCollaborate with peers across other markets to share best practices and develop a consistent approach for position, yielding optimal results for the organizationYour Corporate Responsibilities:Internal Control responsibilities vary by role and are subject to change. Job Knowledge/Skills:Willingness to travel within assigned territoryKnowledge and experience selling annuity-based servicesExcellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and time management skillsAbility to work well in a matrix managed environmentProven ability to leverage subject matter experts to further the sales processAble to work independentlyBA/BS in Business, Management, Computer Science or Engineering field preferredMinimum of 5+ years of experience selling Managed Service solutions, with significant business development responsibilitiesProven success selling solutions at the CXO and VP levelSales leadership experience preferredPOSITION SPECIFICS
The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $110,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
