Job Description

As the VP of Partnerships at Curinos, you will play a critical role in shaping and scaling our partnerships function. We are looking for an experienced leader with a background in developing, managing, and scaling Partnerships - ideally within financial services and/or fintech SaaS environments. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, guiding, and providing structure to our Partnerships strategy. You’ll identify key players in the financial services industry, forge new alliances, and help Curinos unlock new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Partnerships function, defining the roadmap and strategy to drive growth.

Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with new partners in the financial services ecosystem, including fintech and SaaS providers.

Provide leadership and structure for the partnerships team, aligning initiatives with Curinos’ strategic objectives.

Leverage your deep knowledge of the financial services industry and key players to foster strategic alliances that bring value to Curinos.

Bring insights from prior experience within financial institutions or fintech environments to build Partnerships from the ground up.

Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with internal teams to identify how we can maximize value from existing and potential partners.

Mentor and support team members to ensure the success and growth of the Partnerships team.

Qualifications: Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in partnership development and management, preferably within the financial services or SaaS fintech industry.

Proven track record of building and scaling Partnerships programs from scratch in a B2B, data-driven environment.

Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry, including key players, competitive landscape, and trends.

Strong network within financial services institutions or SaaS fintech companies is a plus.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans and initiatives.

Excellent relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain productive partnerships.

Experience providing guidance and structure to a new or evolving function.

Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, with experience managing and developing a team.

Compensation:

A total compensation package for this role will include a competitive

Base Salary of $140,000 - $150,000
