Business Analyst & Project Assistant to CEO

This position is well-suited for someone who seeks a varied day and an opportunity to be involved in interesting projects, in addition to being integrally involved in supporting the CEO and Executive Team in an administrative capacity. The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, professional and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to a consistently changing, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Support CEO and Executive Team in administrative areas including scheduling appointments and small events, maintaining summary schedule for the management team, managing travel arrangements, and completing expense reports.Plan for and support critical meetings, including key visitor or customer meetings.Assist in scheduling and preparing for board meetings. Maintain files for board meetings and other legal files.Assist CEO with tracking and following up on action items.Support the development of performance metrics and regular reporting.Assist in analysis of new market opportunities.Draft correspondence, organize and maintain electronic files, updating files and designing filing systems where appropriate.Research topics requested by CEO and summarize collected information including links to sources and key points.Support trade show and marketing efforts.Maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate travel; provide input on decisions about travel agency service providers and travel system solutions. Assist with travel policy/process development and improvement.Apply sound judgment in making decisions in accordance with policies and procedures, as well as in areas not covered by policies.Develop solid understanding of company organization and business processes required to complete business activities.Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required. Bachelors in science, technology or business degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a role requiring strong analytical, organizational and communications skills.Excellent systems skills, with the ability to learn new tools and determine where they might be useful. High level of efficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency with SharePoint.Detail oriented, highly organized with professional demeanor.Capability to work with minimal supervision and comfortable interacting with all levels of management, customers, vendors and other departments within the organization.Strong, written, oral and interpersonal skills needed for day-to-day interaction with internal and external groups. Excellent listening and customer service skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize key issues and pivot where there are changes in priorities. Effectively manage projects and priorities to meet mid to long-term objectives.Ability to protect confidential and proprietary information and to set professional boundaries.Must be able to work in-person at the Camas, WA headquarters office during core business hours (8:30-5:00) with the flexibility to come in early or stay late if needed for key meetings.
