Marketing Specialist
at Universal Motorcars, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance the visibility and reputation of our brand. You will work closely with the marketing team to support various initiatives, including advertising campaigns, digital marketing activities, and promotional events.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives and brand growth.Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional content, to effectively communicate our services and values.Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring social media trends.Support digital marketing initiatives by aiding in email marketing campaigns, online advertising, and website updates.Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events, including trade shows, conferences, and community outreach programs.Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, and analyze competitors’ strategies.Track and report on marketing campaign performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.RequirementsCore competenciesStrong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an asset.Education and qualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.Work environment and other requirementsThis role is for corporate office in Las Vegas, Nevada.
