Description
New Seller Recruitment Brand Marketing is looking for a talented Sr. Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy for our new strategic brands to improve brand CX and increase customer engagement through onsite and offsite channels. Responsibilities include developing services that create and improve content featuring new products, managing marketing strategies to increase brand participation, testing, analyzing and reporting results, and tracking the implementation of marketing and merchandising services across our business teams.
The Sr. Marketing Manager will work closely with creative, media, project management, PR and onsite partners, in addition to business stakeholders. They will focus on developing brand go-to-market launch marketing readiness and continued growth strategies.
An ideal candidate is someone who will be obsessed with showing our customers the right products at the right time and creating visual stories that are compelling to a customer’s interests. They will also have a passion for testing to develop an impactful program -- from creating the testing plan to communicating the results upward to using the data to inform future business decisions -- and will be highly organized, enjoy diving deep into brand and customer behavior, and have the creativity to challenge our status quo. This role will also work closely with our program and product teams to drive improvements in our third-party seller brand marketing and merchandising systems.
Key job responsibilities
Develop marketing strategy end to end - from curation to design and execution - and drive innovations within existing processes.
Lead the development of fully integrated campaigns, leading and driving collaboration with a sizable team of cross-functional partners, inclusive of business, onsite, project management, paid media, creative, PR, and beyond.
Manage creative asset development & delivery.
Analyze results of testing, communicate learnings upward and across partner teams, and use the data to drive future tests.
Partner with technical and business teams to drive system improvements and automation within self-service seller solutions.
Own multiple team KPIs for campaign engagement, developing strategy to drive results over short and long-term.
Manage shared goals with partner teams to drive campaign creation and success at scale.
Manage the full lifecycle of product marketing initiatives including defining the strategy and measurement.

Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
