Senior Software Principal Engineer,

you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customers business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.

You will:Design and lead the effort on automation, continuous integration/continuous delivery processes and tools to make our services simpler and more robustMentor team members in design collaboration, code reviews, development tools and processesTake part in the full software development life cycle including development, test, continuous delivery and supportBe an active member of an agile team, collaboratively realizing features through development, test and deliveryTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Heres what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements:12+ years experience in software developmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong Windows deployment knowledge in the following areas:

DISMWindows System Image ManagerUnderstanding of unattend.xml filesUnderstanding of phases of Windows deployment process (WindowsPE, Specialize, AuditMode, OOBE, etc.)Understanding of Windows Pre-installation Environment (WinPE)Able to debug issues experienced during OS deployment

Strong Windows Debugger knowledge, ie. How to collect necessary files that can be used in Windows DebuggerStrong Scripting knowledge: Batch file, PowerShell, Python, VBscriptDesirable Requirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or related fieldExperience with vRealize Orchestrator, vRealize Automation, Enterprise Storage, Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)CompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
