Per-Diem General Surgery Physician Opportunity in Lebanon, OR Opportunity in Lebanon OR - Corvallis 20m - Eugene 45m - Portland 80m Position Details: - Seeking a per diem General Surgeon to join our practice.- Well-established 2 surgeon physician team with first assist support- 12-16 patients per day (clinic)- Call at one hospital only- Broad-based general surgery practice including colorectal, endocrine, and opportunity for some vascular if desired. Job Requirements: - Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon- ATLS/BCLS Certified- Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented- Eligibility to work in the United States- Graduate of a four-year accredited U.S. Medical School or equivalent required.- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon required.- Ability to obtain Federal Drug Enforcement Agency license, state controlled substance license when necessary, and staff privileges at all hospitals for which coverage is being provided required.
