This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.Position Summary:The Sales Coordinator provides initial and or follow up contact with prospective residents and family members, which includes phone calls, walk-ins, and requests for information received through the mail or Internet. Assembles all appropriate collateral material for mass mailings, individual correspondence, information packets, floor plans, admission packets, etc. Follows up on requests for information from current prospects and disseminates information approved by the Executive Director. Meets with depositors to schedule move-in date and complete all admission paperwork. Maintains database in SalesForce. Nurtures relationships with new and existing prospects to provide a continuation of referrals and to sell the services provided by the community including but not limited to independent living, assisted living and Memory Care senior living.The starting salary for this position ranges from $21.75 to $28.14/hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. The weekly schedule for this position will be Sunday-Thursday.Position Responsibilities include:* Schedules appointments with depositors to set move-in date, help complete all required admission paperwork, and answer questions.* Assists with the implementation of the marketing plan as instructed by the Executive Director and Executive Director Residential Sales and Marketing, which includes: participation (as needed) through all phases of the marketing process, special events, promotional strategies, community relationships, presentations, etc.* Participates in all areas of marketing activities that are needed to achieve goals set by the Executive Director. Handles mailing of letters, forms and collateral materials, as appropriate in response to the needs of prospective residents and their families.* Maintains database of contacts and referral sources in SalesForce. Completes required forms and follows all procedures deemed necessary to keep database current.* Answers phone inquiries. Responds in writing and by e-mail as necessary. Completes the Bild inquiry connection sheet with each prospect.* Conducts tours for prospects as part of the sales team.* Attends and participates in appropriate in-service and department meetings.QualificationsEducation:Minimum two years of college study in marketing, health or human services or related work experience preferred.Training and Experience:Presentations, public speaking and marketing retirement housing concepts to community groups preferred. Computer literacy required with specific software familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.Job Knowledge:Knowledge of health care, aging services, caring for older adults preferredThe final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, COVID test, TB screen test and health screen.
