Please contact me for more details!Why join us?Opportunity for growth into leadershipCompetitive compensation package with bonus, 401k and more!Work with an experienced team and grow in multiple areas of your careerBe a part of life changing science!Job DetailsResponsibilities:Plan and execute experiments independently, accurately interpret and communicate findings.Responsible for producing high-quality results, with an emphasis on enhancing productivity and workflow efficiency.Facilitate project development in alignment with established procedures and schedules.Conduct assays in accordance with defined standards and actively contribute to the creation of new experimental techniques.Participate in the creation and refinement of laboratory procedures and necessary documentation.Address and resolve routine technical challenges.Stay abreast of and incorporate new techniques and technologies in laboratory practices.Ensure laboratory safety protocols and environmental health standards are consistently upheld.Collaborate with technical teams for resource sharing and provide specialized scientific support.Oversee the qualification and operational checks of new laboratory equipment.Track and report project-related financials, including those related to products and research activities.Serve as a technical advisor for both internal and external stakeholders.Assist with drafting, reviewing, and editing grant proposals and contracts as required.Contribute to the development of technical documentation and research publications to maintain the company's scientific profile.Represent the company at scientific conferences or contribute to relevant publications.Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned.QualificationsRequired:A Master’s degree in a life science discipline, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant lab experience.Essential Expertise:Proven expertise in the development, troubleshooting, and execution of bioanalytical assays, particularly for protein, cell, and gene-based therapeutics, including pharmacokinetics (PK), biomarkers, anti-drug antibodies (ADA), and neutralizing antibody (NAb) assays.Experience in using a variety of ligand-binding assay platforms such as ELISA, MSD, Quanterix, Luminex, and SPR-based technologies like Biacore.A strong background in leading the qualification and validation of bioanalytical and biomarker assays.Demonstrated ability to independently manage experimental planning, execution, and data analysis.In-depth knowledge of current bioanalytical assay regulatory standards.Experience with good documentation practices (GDP).Strong track record of leading and managing teams effectively.Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are required.Ability to analyze and organize complex data and create detailed reports.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Prism, and other relevant software tools.Physical capabilities: ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, perform tasks requiring dexterity, and tolerate exposure to cold storage environments (-20ºC to -196ºC).Fluency in written and spoken English.Preferred Qualifications:A Ph.D. in life sciences, coupled with at least two years of post-doctoral or industry experience, or an equivalent blend of education and practical expertise.Previous experience in a GLP or GCLP setting, with a strong understanding of current GXP standards.Interested in hearing more?
