Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,469 per week

Certification Details AHA BLS Ohio State License ACLS NIHSS Job Details Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN. Facility is willing to approve up to a 24-week contract. MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments. AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. PBDS Assessment – waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation. Job Requirements Ohio state licensure or compact state in hand. Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required. 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignments. AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications required. Schedule Information D/N rotating shift: 3x12s 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm. Shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. Unit Specific Information MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation. Additional Details Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment. Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
