The
Quality Assurance (QA) Compliance Manager
is part of a dynamic team responsible to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with program design, and Dungarvin's mission of respecting and responding to the choices of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Lead, coach, mentor the QA staff (3 coordinators)Develop, and deliver training and mentoring to Dungarvin employees to ensure maximum adherence to regulations, policies, and proceduresAssist in quality assessment, intervention and enhancement of services and supports.Assure that all services provided are of the highest possible qualityBe involved in the development, review, and implementation of the plan of improvement, if issues are identified.Ensure that operational quality processes are maintained through audit/inspection processes, identifying service issues and barriers, conducting maltreatment investigations, and making recommendations for service improvement to operational leadership.Provide data review, reporting and communication.Qualifications
What Makes You A Great Fit:
Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services fieldTwo (2) years of experience in a related fieldTwo (2) years of supervisory experienceMust have prior experience working directly with individuals with disabilitiesPrior experience in project management is preferred.The qualified person will possess excellent decision-making, time management, research, and interpersonal skills.Must have proven communication, and project management skills; must be independent, responsible, mature, and flexible.Basic computer skills required.
