The Senior Financial Systems Analyst is a key role in our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our financial systems and processes to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of financial data. You will work closely with finance, IT, and other business units to identify system enhancements, implement best practices, and support financial reporting and analysis. Your expertise in financial systems and data management will be essential in driving strategic initiatives and improving overall operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

Will serve as an SME in maintaining and enhancing company budgeting, forecasting & long-term planning systems.Support multiple Planning and Consolidation applications in Oracle EPM Cloud.Responsible for providing innovative reporting solutions using various Oracle EPM and Oracle ERP tools.Responsible for performance tuning and optimization of Planning and Consolidation applications.Script using Python/Groovy/CDM APIs and utilize EPM Automate to automate data admin activities.Build integration artifacts in Cloud Data Management and FDMEE, such as locations, maps, and custom/import scripts, using Python Scripts.Proven experience in providing system support and direct contact with users to solve issues with business applicationsConduct testing, including system, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.Prepare and maintain necessary documentation including design documents, test documentation, training materials, and administration/procedural guides.Build dashboarding-capable tools within Oracle EPM Cloud and PowerBI.Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of financial data by implementing security measures and compliance protocols, regularly conducting audits, and staying updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices for both Oracle EPM and Oracle ERP.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

5+ years' experience in Oracle EPM Hyperion development and administration. Must have hands-on EPM Cloud experience.Expert knowledge in Oracle EPM Cloud and Oracle ERP with the ability to develop and build solutions for company needsExpert knowledge on Performance Optimization of Planning application which includes data load process / Business Rules / Cal script and reporting Methods.Expert knowledge of creating financial reports, charts, pivots, dashboards, etc. using financial reporting.Expert in automation, SQL, batch scripting, and EPM Automate.Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.Ability to learn quickly and change often as business changes and grows.Expert knowledge in automation of data Loads and integrations using FDMEE/data management.Expert in SQL development and maintenance of Stored Procedures (PL), Triggers and Queries.Ability to be proactive in providing alternatives based on best practices and application functionality.Expert knowledge in analyzing business needs and developing solutions to support the business.Financial process and functional knowledge required.
