Sr. Business Analyst -Supply Chain Planning Systems

Rockline is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide essential support for business systems within our forecasting, scheduling, planning, and distribution departments. In this role, you will be involved in every phase of the project and software development life cycle, from project management, system design, and documentation to training, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. You’ll also drive business process improvements and serve as the key liaison between the IT department and end users.

Essential Accountabilities:• Lead the design, development, and customization of business systems used within Rockline in the functional areas assigned.• Provide leadership in the clarification, rationalization, and documentation of project requests received by the IT department related to the assigned business systems/modules. Conduct interviews with users to define functional requirements. If required, perform gap analysis of various solution alternatives.• Participate (at times lead) in the preparation of the business case, project charter, project cost justification, RFI, RFP, package selection recommendation.• Ensure that all program modifications and functional processes related to the assigned systems/modules are thoroughly documented as required. Assists in the preparation of end user documentation and training materials.• Develop and participate in process testing, including development of test plans, test cases and scenarios, and documentation or results – both for unit and process flow integration testing.• Provides first line of functional IT support for issues/questions related to the assigned business system/modules. Monitors the daily operational activities of systems through various methods - ensures that proper procedures are followed, and that the data integrity of the system is maintained.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, supply chain, or operations required.5 years of configuration/integrating work required with Supply Chain Planning Systems. Experience with Logility DP/IP/RP/MP, Oracle, Epicor, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or OMP preferredBusiness area knowledge in one or more of the following area is required: production control, scheduling, supply chain, purchasing, warehousing, shipping, and transportation.Project management leadership experience.Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team of skilled professionals.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid schedule. We are seeking candidates within an hour of either Sheboygan, WI or Springdale, AR.
