As the Administrative Assistant at Curaleaf, you'll be at the center of a fast-paced, innovative environment, providing essential support to our executives and teams. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and adaptable professional who thrives in dynamic settings. You'll not only enhance team efficiency but also bring a spirited energy to our workplace by organizing events and fostering a positive atmosphere that drives Curaleaf's success.
What You'll Do:
Support a senior executive with streamlined calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordinationAct as a liaison between senior management and stakeholders, drafting and editing communications, as well as preparing reports and presentations for executive reviewManage confidential information with discretion while maintaining a high standard of professionalismOversee office supplies, equipment, and resources to ensure seamless daily operations while assisting in the preparation and distribution of meeting materials and agendasProactively address and resolve administrative issues, anticipating challenges and implementing efficient solutions to streamline processesPlay a key role in the planning and execution of corporate events and meetings, bringing enthusiasm and creativity to every aspect of the processSupport project teams by coordinating meetings, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance communicationAct as the first point of contact by managing incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and responding or redirecting as neededWhat You'll Bring:
You possess proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, ideally thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsYou have exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong attention to detail, effective multitasking abilities, and excellent written and verbal communicationYou are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applicationsEven Better If:
