Corporate Credit Senior Vice President
Position Overview:
The Corporate Credit SVP role is responsible for supporting our Corporate Hedging and Derivatives Portfolio as well as other corporate exposure through the firm. Main responsibilities include ongoing portfolio maintenance via annual and adhoc credit reviews, and onboarding of new client relationships. Candidate will be required to conduct due diligence and assemble approval documentation. The candidate will also work on portfolio reporting, portfolio exercises and senior management requests.
Basic Requirements:Production of initiation and annual reviews for single name credits with a detailed analysis of financial operating metrics and forward-looking view. This includes the assignment and maintenance of a PD rating.Ability to conduct due diligence with client management teamsAnalysis of portfolio metrics and ability to determine vulnerabilitiesStrong communication skills with ability to present findings and views to senior credit officersAbility to monitor corporate counterparties and raise credit concernsPartner with operating officer group and execute on reporting related tasksAbility to learn new technology and reporting methodsDesired Skills
Previous corporate credit risk experience of 8-11+ yearsFinancial statement analysis, and basic three statement modelingStrong skills in Microsoft Office productsHighly organized individual able to produce and maintain documentation and follow processes
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $150,000 - $200,000
The salary offered will take into consideration an individual's experience level and qualifications.
