Clinician - Family Based Services

CCTC is seeking a Clinician to provide team delivered, home-based family therapy to children and their families, using the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy Model of treatment, while working in a dynamic, Sanctuary accredited agency.
Providing intensive Therapeutic and Case Management services to children and familyProviding child centered, family focused individual and family psychotherapy for assigned, families as indicated in treatment planCollaborating with child, family, and other professionals including, but not limited to other service/treatment providers within clients' eco-systems (eq. school staff, other service providers, DHS, CUA, probation, after-school activities, etc.) as well as in-house CCTC psychologists and psychiatrists) to provide a stream-lined coordination of careDesigning and completion of treatment plan, including crisis plan every 30 days during client's authorization periodParticipating in routine clinical trainings that are provided
Requirements :
Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, counseling, psychology or related field plus a minimum of two years' experience providing behavioral health services to children and families. Must have own transportation. Training and experience working with child victims of abuse, neglect and other traumatic circumstances a plus. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. Covid-19 vaccination required.
