Parking is what we do, our values are who we are.OverviewThe Shuttle Cart Driver provides safe, efficient, and friendly inter-campus transportation service to passengers, utilizing the Wellstar Cobb Hospital shuttle cart system. Valid Driver's License required.ShiftMonday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PMResponsibilitiesDrive passengers to and from designated locations on campus in a safe and timely manner.Provide courteous and professional customer service to passengers.Ensure shuttle cart vehicle is clean and free of debris at all times.Log accurate passenger counts each hour and report data as needed.Report any shuttle cart maintenance issues to supervisor immediately.Obey all traffic laws at all times.Greet and assist arriving/exiting Patients and Visitors.Retrieve wheelchairs if needed.Address customer questions, problems, and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.Give directions to guests as needed as well as information about other parking areas.Provide parking enforcement of parking garages and patient areas.Other duties as assigned.Benefits$14.00/hourPTO accrual401(k) is available after first six months of employment and 1000 hours workedMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance is available after 60 days for Full Time Employees (30 hours/week)Comprehensive, paid trainingRewarding and fun work environmentOpportunities for advancement Requirements 18 years of age or older.Valid driver's license, responsible driving record.Previous driver experience.Desire to help others - have a passion for customer service.Minimum of one year customer service experience, preferred.High standard of integrity.Possess a positive attitude, professional and courteous demeanor.Able to read, write, comprehend and converse in the English language.Physical demands: Ability to work indoors/outdoors in variety of weather conditions: heat, cold, rain, etc.Ability to stand for long periods of time. A combination of standing and walking.Able to sit for extended periods of time.
