Responsibilities
Understand client's user experience goalsPlan and conduct user research (i.e., interviews, observation) to reveal user needs, pain points, and opportunitiesConduct competitive and landscape analysis and gain knowledge of industry trendsUnderstand technology opportunities and constraintsDevelop personas, customer journey maps, and information architecturesDevelop design directions and information architectures to satisfy client and user goals through sketching, storyboards, process flows, and interactive high-level wireframesConduct usability studies and adjust design based on user feedbackDefine, analyze, and refine user requirements in collaboration with client and consulting teamsDevelop high-fidelity mockups specifying the user experience direction for client and developmentPrepare high-fidelity design documents to review with client and development teamsRequirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Design, an adjacent field, or relevant certification10+ years of UI/UX design experience.Experience applying user-centered design methodologies, planning and conducting user research, usability testing, rapid prototyping, conducting heuristic analysis, and addressing accessibility concerns.Experience working with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.Analytical skills with proven ability to dissect problems, devise solutions, and drive valuable business results.Clear and effective communication skills to relay design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.Ability to work effectively in a team setting to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete designs.Experience producing User Personas and Customer Journey maps.Experience with prototyping and design specification tools such as Figma and InvisionPassion to resolve client and user pain points through great designBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development frameworksExperience with Agile methodologiesWillingness to step in when needed and take on variable roles and assignments within reasonable parameters of your abilitiesWillingness to work a hybrid schedule within our Tampa, FL office. 3-4 days a week in the office.Great to Have

3Cloud offers competitive compensation. In addition to base pay employees are eligible to receive an annual discretionary/utilization bonus. If you are hired at 3Cloud your final base salary is based on factors such as skills, education, experience and/or geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above includes the full base salary range for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.

$101,000-$152,000 USD
