Qualifications for Project ManagerFour-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred, but not required10+ years' experience in commercial construction, comfortable with General Contractor responsibilities$3M-$20M projectsCommercial construction experiencePrevious experience with a general contractorPrevious experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneouslyAbility to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired resultsTake initiative and seek responsibilityFoster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendorsCommercial or Industrial construction experienceCompensation/Benefits for Project Manager
