Staff Accountant

Primary Talent Partners has a new staff accountant opening with a large pharamaceutical manufacturing client of ours in Brea, CA. This will be an 11 month, FT contract with high potential to extend and/or convert.

Pay:

$40 - $48/hr based on experience; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits

Work Hours:

Flexible hours within 8am to 6pm

Description:- prepare manual journal entries according to US GAAP- prepare account reconciliations- prepare intercompany reconciliations- new vendors setup- business registration filing- intermediate to advance Excel skills- assist in internal and external audits- prepare various monthly, quarterly and annual reports- prepare bank reconciliations

Requirements:- full cycle accounting experience- AXAPTA ERP knowledge preferrable
