Purpose

The goal of the Project Management Coordinator is to organize, administer, and control project activities, under the direction and supervision of the Project Managers. The Project Management Coordinator will support and collaborate with the Project Managers in overseeing and managing their assigned projects.

Responsibilities

Creates projects in SAP and SAS Master including the plan/target figuresOversees and supports Project Managers to manage the payment schedulesEnsures changes identified within sales are updated in SAP including communication with controllingCreates and maintains projects and project folders within the applicable systems/folder structuresCompletes document filing for the departmentProvides general administrative support, as neededOther duties as assignedRequirements

A vocational or technical diploma in Administration or related education is requiredAn associate's degree in Engineering, Business or related education is preferredA Project Management Certificate (PMP) is preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Management Coordinator role or similar role is preferredMust have experience in producing accurate reporting and administration documentationSkills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Knowledge in the project management conceptsMust be proficient in spoken and written EnglishBenefits
