We need a highly organized self-starter to handle a variety of assigned tasks to support the administrative side of our business This is a full-time/part-time position depending on the available work each week. We continue to grow and are seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused professionals to join our team. This position is primarily a support role to Leadership to assist with the day-to-day administrative operations. There will be core duties outlined, but everyday will likely bring new challenges and experiences which make our work exciting.
We want to ensure you are set up for success by giving you the necessary tools and time to do your work accurately and to the highest standard possible The ideal person for this position will be a
self-starter who is excellent with their time management, and who can work independently from home or at the office
with minimal guidance and/or supervision. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering "5-Star Resort-Quality Service".
Responsibilities:
This is somewhat of a hybrid role and success in this position will be determined by your ability to support and assist Leadership with the following:
Company Calendar & Task List ManagementCustomer & Vendor Database ManagementQuoting & InvoicingAccounts Receivable & Customer Payment RemindersVendor ManagementOffice Organization & FilingProject TrackingSocial Media UpdatesInventory and replenish supplies to support entire team.Check Company MailboxAnswer company phone and call customers to schedule appointments or service.Complete other tasks as assigned.Requirements for this position are that you have:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Utilization of your personal smartphone
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Proficiency with social media applications, specifically Facebook & Instagram
• Exposure to QuickBooks
• Ability to learn and navigate basic web-based marketing and business management programs.
• Understanding you will be asked to agree to a background check and drug screen
No other specific experience is required as the ASP methods and resources are available to your location owner to ensure you can deliver superior value to our customers and maximize your earning potential; however,
a high school diploma and some college preferred
Bonus Potential:
This position has the potential of earning bonus pay and/or incentive pay by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for given time frames.
Benefits:
A monthly stipend is provided to help cover use of your personal smart phone.You will begin accruing paid time-off right away for your use following a qualifying period.We now offer six paid company holidays to both part-time and full-time employees.You may receive profit sharing distributions once the eligibility criteria to receive such distributions has been met.We provide collared polos, hats, sunscreen, raincoats, towels, bottled water, Gatorade & snacks.
