Assignment for 16 weeks.
M/S Rehab RN, 12H Eves/Nights; 12 hour shifts are 7:00-19:30 (Day) and 19:00-07:30 (Night).Sub-acute/long stay patients, must have rehab/LTC exp.NIHSS will be required prior to starting. EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable. Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday · VT license or proof of app required, IVS does interviews AND offers Must have exp. in a large, teaching facility and Travel Experience is pref. Can apply for VT license at time of offer Covid and Flu declinations accpeted. This facility requires ALL work history information (Bed count, EMR,? Fac type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit.
