Project Manager

to add to their team! The ideal candidate

will have 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in diverse commercial markets.

Project Manager Duties:Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completionDevelop project plans, budgets, schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standardsProvide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and self-perform craft tradesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout the project lifecyclePrepare and present project status reports to senior management.Project Manager Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field5+ years of experience as a Project ManagerExperience working on projects valued up to $20 is preferred but not necessaryProficiency in using construction management software and toolsAbility to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience
