Job Title: PCB Assembly TechnicianDuration: 9+ months
Pay rate: $25/hr to $30.35/hr
Location: Redmond, WA 98052
Basic Qualifications:High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience3+ years relevant high traceability manufacturing experience (Aerospace, Medical or related field)2+ years of hands-on work experience Electrical-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration and/or Harness Integration experience1+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment1+ years of hands-on experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices (i.e., automated and manual torque wrenches, torque drivers, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multi-meters), as well as standard hand toolsPreferred Qualifications:
Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) and/or Avionics certification/licenseASE certification and/or equivalent experienceCFOT certification and/or equivalent experience1+ years reading, interpreting and working from engineering documentation and/ or drawingsExperience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirementsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environmentPrior military service a plusFamiliarity with quality control systems and methodologies (ISO, Six Sigma).Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools, including ERP systems.Job Requirement
