MUST:Active TS/SCI clearance required with ability to obtain a lifestyle poly (Secret will work to start)Experienced Acquisition Analyst9+ years of experience as an acquisition analyst requiredMastery of qualitative and quantitative acquisition and program management analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that contribute to enterprise/corporate level process improvement requiredAbility to design comprehensive, new, or unique process improvement enablers to further streamline Agency PPB&E facilitationIn-depth knowledge of acquisition lifecycle operations, including financial execution concepts, and provides knowledge management across organizational and intra-IC boundaries to clearly articulate key findingsAbility to review analytic program management data for cogent arguments, provide adequate support for conclusions, and routinely tests accuracy of analytic dataIn-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirementBachelors degree in related field required, Masters degree preferred
DUTIES:Participate in design methodology for workforce identification/revalidation; support socialization and marketing efforts; assists with data retrieval and data analysis activities for workforce planning activities and requirementsProvide advice and assistance to functional area technical experts (COR/ACOR and program offices) on contractual matters in the acquisition planning states based on a working knowledge of regulation policyAssist with the development of writing performance criteria and requirements into sound/sufficient SOW/PWS and/or ordersPerform or evaluate market research and trends, conditions, and technological advances as they apply to the programAssist with the development of source selection evaluation criteriaCoordinate and work with the technical experts and the contracting office to ensure project milestones are reflected in the contractual documents and project planAssist in the development of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs)
