IBM Infosphere MDM,MDM Architect, MDM Architecture, MDM Functional
Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.Oversee the development and maintenance of MDM architecture to support business needs.Provide technical expertise in IBM Infosphere MDM to optimize data management processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define MDM requirements and deliver effective solutions.Ensure MDM solutions are scalable and adaptable to evolving business requirements.Develop and enforce MDM best practices and standards to maintain data integrity.Conduct regular assessments of MDM systems to identify areas for improvement.Implement data governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Monitor MDM system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.Provide training and support to team members on MDM tools and processes.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored MDM solutions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MDM capabilities and efficiencies.Document MDM processes and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency.
