Responsibilities
Job Summary:
From managing the team calendar to supporting the VP on scheduling, expenses and logistics to serving as the day-to-day lead on the marketing budget management, the Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the Marketing organization is operating efficiently and effectively. The Coordinator will help drive growth by supporting and enhancing a variety of initiatives while ensuring the mission, vision, and values of CSI are at the center of all we do. S/he will own invoice management, budget tracking, logistics and general support to help ensure that the Marketing team is meeting our collective goals and priorities.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:Budget and Financials:
Manage the Marketing budget details and partner with Product Management, MarComm and Finance teams for budget analysis, adjustments, and communicationCreate and manage Purchase Order and invoicing process for Fertility Solutions, including setting up new vendors, running and distributing reports and providing real-time communication on financials
VP of Marketing Support:
Schedule and manage VP travel logistics and calendarSupport large team meeting logistics including food ordering, room reservations and event planningHelp create and manage ongoing communication, as neededAd hoc projects, as needed
General Marketing Team Support:
Manage vendors, fulfillment houses, and agency partnersBuild and organize Global Marketing Sharepoint site
Travel:
Travel expectations of 5%.

Critical thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to multitaskHigh degree of confidentiality, discretion, professionalism, initiative, and good judgment requiredProactive, flexible, and self-motivatedDetail-oriented and deadline-drivenDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, including the ability to get things done through consensus and collaborationAble to handle the stress of multiple high-pressure initiatives simultaneouslyProficient with Microsoft Suite of products including SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc;Work Environment:

Required:
3-5 years experience that requires collaboration, communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
Prior experience with budget management, event/logistics planning or executive administrative support activities
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required in related field (eg: Business, Communications, Finance/Economics )
