Change LeadLength: 12 months + extensionsLocation: Austin, TX (Hybrid: 3x per week on-site)The Select Group is seeking a Change Lead to deliver change management on a large, cross-functional initiative, including stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, and communications and training plans. The successful candidate will have experience delivering Change Impact Analysis and support communication activities for SAP S/4Hana implementation.
Change Lead Requirements:
Experience with change management concepts (i.e., PROSCI), tools and implementationsStrong experience deliveringchange impact analysisSAP migration or implementation experience strongly preferredProven project management experienceAbility to gain trust and solicit action from project partnersEffective communication and interpersonal skills across project teams, management and internal partnersAbility to identify and implement improvement opportunitiesAbility to work with teams from multi-cultural backgrounds, countries, and time zonesExcellent organizational and documentation skillsMust have MacOS experience (Pages, Keynote, Apple Email, etc.)
