Responsibilities of the
Service Manager
include, but are not limited to:Confer with Project Manager or inside sales personnel to determine customer requirements on shop ordersHelp schedule and the fabrication process for jobsCommunicate status of assigned jobs to the Project Manager, Scheduler, and inside sales personnelOrganize shop to accomplish operational goals and advises Customer Service Manager on staff requirementsNotify shipping and receiving personnel to move staged jobs to the production floorCoordinate shipment of the finished jobs with the Shipping and Receiving DepartmentCheck finished jobs before shipment, including fabrication checklist, and digital pictureMaintain the shop filesMake sure the shop is clean and organizedWork closely with the Customer Service Manager to develop and accomplish long-range operating and service sales growth goalsManage and make recommendations related to equipment needsAll other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assignedQualifications of the
Service Manager
include, but are not limited to:
Extremely customer-service orientedExperience in pump unit fabricationComputer literateOrganized and detail orientedAbility to function and contribute to a team environment

Additional Information:
Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Working Conditions: Office and manufacturing facility
Training/Certifications: N/A
Shift Time/Overtime: Monday through Friday 8am to 5 pm
Travel: N/A
Education: High School Diploma or GED - College degree preferred or on the equivalent job experience
