SUMMARY:
The Production Coordinator supports the Production Manager and may supervise one or more departments for a production. Departments may include, but are not limited to, Pre-Production, Script, Story, Editorial, Visual Development, Assets, Layout/Animation, Light/Comp, and Post Production.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Requires knowledge and may be responsible for coordinating one or more departmentsTrack progress of departments through various tracking software.Maintains and tracks the status of their respective episodic or department schedules.Update Production Manager and Line Producer with current department statuses/issuesOrganize and maintain production and artwork files on the server.Ensures artists receive necessary launch materials for their episodic or departmental work.Coordinate, prep, and schedules production meetingsAttend production meetings/ editorial reviews/ dailies and take notes. Communicates notes or feedback to other departments as needed.Prepares departmental or episodic breakdowns as needed. Along with Line Producer and Production Manager, helps facilitate and review departmental or episodic bids.Communicates with vendor studio regarding episodic or departmental deliveries. Elevates appropriate information to Production Manager and Line Producer.Attends vendor meetings as needed.Coordinate workflow between respective department heads with Executive ProducersCoordinate travel for productionOrder office supplies for the departmentSpecial projects as neededKeep supervisors advised by providing accurate and timely informationDirect people both internally and externally to the correct department to get the information that is neededBuild trusting and open relationships with productionsQUALIFICATIONS:
Previous series animation office or project experience.Highly organized, resourceful and diligent with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and work well in a fast paced department.Must be willing to take direction.Able to work independently and set appropriate priorities.Take direction when needed and also take the initiative where applicable.Able to maintain a high level of discretion.Computer and technology literate - familiarity with Mac/PC operating systems, Photoshop, Storyboard Pro, Shotgrid, Microsoft Suite, and Google Ecosystem.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $25.00/hour to $31.00/hour. This role may also qualify for incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
