GENERAL SUMMARY:
A managed technology services firm is looking for an extremely detailed oriented and computer savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Finance Team. If you are a recent college graduate who is looking to grow with a dynamic company, we want to talk to you! The Finance Specialist primary role is responsibility for all aspects of client billing and other accounting and operational functions for the company, as needed. The Finance Specialist will report to the Controller and interact with other departments of the organization including Purchasing, Field, Client Relationships and Sales.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES PREFERRED:
At least 2 years of billing and accounting experience in a small to medium business environment, MSP experience desirable Highly motivated individual able to process various types of invoices Efficient and accurate data entry skills Knowledge of IT products and services preferred Strong organizational and exceptional customer service skills and ability to promote a positive interactive exchange Competent in communicating processes, procedures and updates to a large range of professionals clearly, concisely and professionally Technical competencies include efficient use of computer programs such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks and other tracking systems such as ConnectWise Experience with QuickBooks and/or NetSuite Take direction positively Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
