Responsibilities:Conducting initial evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plansDesigning and implementing therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, mobility, and functionAssisting patients in performing therapeutic exercises and providing guidance and encouragement throughout the processUtilizing manual therapy techniques, such as massage and joint mobilization, to promote healing and pain reliefIncorporating creative and engaging therapy techniques to make sessions enjoyable and motivating for patientsMonitoring and documenting patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as neededCollaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive careEducating patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and home exercise programsRequirements:

A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited programState licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical TherapistA sparkling personality and a genuine passion for helping peopleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patientsStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based physical therapy techniquesAbility to think creatively and implement innovative therapy strategiesA knack for making therapy sessions enjoyable and motivating for patientsExceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsFlexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of patientsA sprinkle of humor and a contagious positive attitude
