TrueCommerce is seeking to fill Integration Specialist roles within the company. The Integration Specialists will partner with project managers, internal development teams, customers, and 3rd party consultants to engineer and deploy the integration component between the TrueCommerce integration layer and the customer’s existing ERP/Shipping systems. This role is responsible for training users on the integration functionality and ensuring the integration layer is implemented to the customer’s unique business needs and stable for production use.
This role is hybrid if near Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA (1 day a week in office) or a remote opportunity if not within that specific area.
As an Integration Specialist you will:
Integration Migration / deployment management resourceWork with customers and 3rd party consultants to define and implement the format of data exchanged between the TrueCommerce integration layer and the customer solutions.Consult, advise, and build data mapping standards based on the customer’s specifications and their business and operational needs.Be responsible for managing integration timelines and keeping projects on track working jointly with the assigned Implementations Specialist.Train deploying customers on the use of the TrueCommerce integration layer with their software and business needs.Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and their resolution.Diagnose, document, facilitate, and manage customer needs requiring higher tier resource involvementProvide regular status reports on current integration projects keeping the customer and implementation specialist informed through regular communication.Responsible for managing expectations in the capabilities/functions of integration components to customers, implementation specialists, and third partiesDesignated subject matter expert of a defined market segment and secondary market segment (backup)Depending on level of role, will be involved in tier 2 or 3 management and filtering specific to their designated market(s) as a quality control point (as needed)
Requirements for Success as an Integration Specialist III:
2-6 years of experience in software integration and implementation (this will determine the level of hire)Knowledge and experience with EDI & ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics D3F&O, etc)Strong experience with scripting and data manipulation/management languages (XML and flat file formats; FTP, SFTP, AS2, VANs)Ability to train customers and level I/II resources on product features and functionalityAbility to communicate technical information effectively to coworkers and customersEDI experience and an understanding of standardized data storage processingAbility to interpret technical requirementsIn depth knowledge with a variety of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and shipping solutionsExperience in vendor/supplier business processes is highly preferredStrong logical ability to analyze and predict product implementation roadblocks and action itemsExcellent customer service skillsMust enjoy troubleshooting and finding solutionsAbility to manage projectsAbility to work independently and with a team
Level of Education:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferred) or equivalent years of experience
