Program Supervisor

West Valley Housing Assistance Center , where you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals and families on their path to stability. This position oversees daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery in our housing assistance programs. You will lead a dedicated team, provide coaching and support, and ensure program compliance with policies, procedures, and funding requirements. Your work will involve coordinating housing resources, supervising client case management, and fostering a collaborative, client-centered environment. Annual Hourly Wage : $43,680 - $47,840 DOESchedule : Wednesday - Sunday; 12pm - 8pm
Location : Surprise, AZ
*Required to complete our "New Hire Orientation" held on the first work week of employment, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm in Mesa, AZ - HR Campus; subject to change upon completion of orientation requirements which may grant early release of orientation before Friday; orientation not offered evenings or weekends.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
High School Diploma/GED requiredExperience :
1 year of Supervisory experience requiredDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate program team members to meet program needs, fully utilizing the skills of the most qualified people available. Goals must be set which encourage ongoing professional growth and demand that high performance standards of the agency are met.Building camaraderie through effective problem solving. Ensure information and communications are accurate and present a proper representation of A NEW LEAF.Establish working relationships with the Human Resources, Operations, IT, and Accounting Department assuring deadlines are met with accuracy and in a timely manner.Demonstrates the ability to implement and manage organizational changes through a team approach, promotes a sense of shared ownership and a positive, collaborative work environment.Report to the Program Manager in a timely manner any areas of concern. Actively participates in agency/program specific professional growth activities.Able to conduct staff meetings, reviews, and check ins in conjunction with Program Manager.Submit a weekly written report to the Program Manager in which are detailed staffing updates/concerns, any facility needs, scheduling needs, areas of client concern, or other areas needing to be addressed.Assisting with volunteers and donors. Participate in "on call" rotation.Responsible for creating, implementing, and enforcing staff schedule for support partners as well as working with staff to fill in for program staffing needs. Be willing to be flexible with your schedule when needed for shelter operations.Maintain flexibility to assist with needs and projects as they arise for program. Assisting with kitchen, cooking, meal distribution, and meal program as needed.Compliance Requirements:
Valid Driver's License with reliable transportationCurrent Auto Liability InsuranceClean 39 Month Motor Vehicle RecordMust Be At Least 21 Years of AgeMust be able to obtain
