The Team:
The Marketing Department is pivotal in driving Enfusion's growth and global expansion. By developing strategic go-to-market initiatives, creating compelling content, and enhancing our digital presence, the Marketing team positions Enfusion as an industry leader.
The Role:
As VP of Segment Marketing, you'll develop winning marketing strategies for Enfusion's products and services globally. You'll gain a deep, firsthand understanding of client needs and implement marketing programs for each target segment. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing and collaborating closely with Product and Sales leaders, you'll be responsible for achieving marketing-sourced pipeline and bookings targets across segments and regions.
You'll interact with clients, analysts, and influencers to gain market insights and drive thought leadership. Working with sales and product teams, you'll create messaging that resonates throughout the buyer journey and partner with product management to drive the adoption of new features. You'll also collaborate with our demand generation team to execute revenue-focused brand campaigns.
What You'll Do:
Serve as marketing's subject matter expert on our industry, products, and clientsDevelop comprehensive understanding of our TAM and ICP to drive engagementCreate and execute global marketing strategies for each segment and regionMeet KPIs for marketing-sourced pipeline and bookingsLead primary client research to inform messaging and content strategyModel marketing KPIs based on market dynamicsMaintain expert knowledge of competitive landscape and positioningPartner with Sales and Product to define thought leadership and product positioningDevelop buyer journey maps, value propositions, and cross-channel campaignsCreate and execute insight-driven marketing programsDevelop sales enablement and product marketing materialsLead product launch strategies and market education programsCollaborate with alliance partners to generate leads and increase awarenessWhat You'll Need:
15+ years in product, segment, or integrated marketing roles within financial services, preferably marketing fintech to asset managersStrong background marketing to institutional asset managers3-5+ years leading global teamsProven ability to develop thought leadership and market positioningDeep knowledge of asset management sector, including trends, pain points, and workflowsUnderstanding of investment management front-to-back-office operationsGlobal marketing experience including UK, EMEA, and APACTrack record of executing global marketing plans and managing budgetsAbility to synthesize complex concepts into compelling messagingExperience in market research and competitive analysisStrong presentation skills and ability to engage senior decision-makersExcellent project management capabilitiesBachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
The salary for this position is $175,000 - $195,000 + bonus + benefits.
